Plasma is an affiliate of the group of companies incorporated in the Russian Federation and Cyprus acting under the brand name Prospect. Prospect Brokerage Group is fully licensed by the Russian association of broker - dealers also granted custodian and investment consultant licenses. The Group is primarily focused on operations relating to Russia and cover the following areas: trading and brokerage activities, electronic trading (DMA), asset management, investment banking, corporate finance and investment advisory services. The majority of revenue of the Group is derived from operations in the Russian Federation.

Plasma actively participates in the Group's operations serving the group's non-resident clients as a broker. It serves as a main settlement agent outside the Russian Federation for the Group's entities and establishes permanent business relations with all major investment institutions and international banks on the market. Plasma has certain proprietary trading activities and maintains open trade credit lines with the participants of the market.

Plasma maintains a CySEC registered office in Nicosia, Cyprus that is fully staffed and in compliance with all EU standards.
